That's right! Even more dogs came to Sesame Place this week as part of the United Way Campaign.
This week Sesame Place celebrated “Take Your Dog To Work Week.” A total of 25 dogs will be spending the day at Sesame Place this week. Today 14 dogs participated in a lunch social and commemorative photo opportunity. This program is part of Sesame Place’s United Way campaign for Bucks County. With a $10 donation, Sesame Place team members can bring their dog to work and receive a complimentary photo with their pet and 2 clean up bags.
First celebrated in 1999, Pet Sitters International's Take Your Dog To Work Day�(TYDTWDay�)was created to celebrate the great companions dogs make and to encourage their adoption from humane societies, animal shelters and breed rescue clubs. This annual event asks pet lovers to celebrate the humane-canine bond and promote pet adoption by encouraging their employers to support TYDTWDay.
